Level 1-3 ................................ Wednesday @ 5:15 p.m.
Level 3-5 ............................... Wednesday @ 7:30 p.m.
Level 6 - PP3 ......................... Tuesday @ 9:00 p.m.
Acro dance is an excellent training supplement for dancers who want to increase their strength, flexibility and balance. Dancers will follow thoughtful progressions to develop their acrobatic skills in a safe and effective manner. Our acro dance classes follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Please note that dancers must be enrolled in a jazz, lyrical, hip hop or ballet class in order to enrol in this program.
* Acro dancers are place based on ability, rather than age. Please see the chart below for prerequisite skills.
* Acro dance is a supplementary class at CDC. Dancers must be registered in a jazz, ballet, lyrical, or hip hop class to participate.
