STRETCH & STRENGTH CLASS SCHEDULE

Mondays @ 9:00 p.m.
Fridays @ 4:00 p.m.

Our Stretch & Strength classes combine HIIT training, plyometrics and strength training to build stamina and strength for optimal dance performance. Each 60 minute class ends with a full body stretch to increase range of motion and improve flexibility. Open to ages 7+.
