Camp Terms and Conditions

By registering for our summer camp, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including the health and safety measures outlined. The camp reserves the right to modify or update these terms as necessary, and any changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to stay informed of any updates.

1. Payment and Registration:

Full payment must be received to secure a spot for your child in the summer camp program. Registration is considered complete only upon successful payment.

2. Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for camp registrations, except in the event of camp cancellation due to low enrollment.

3. Promotional Offers:

Promotional offers and discounts will only be valid on the designated dates specified by the camp management.

4. Instructor Changes:

Camp instructors may be subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide qualified and experienced instructors for all activities.

5. Extended Child Care Fee:

A fee for extended child care will automatically be charged to the card on file if the child is not picked up by 4:30pm.

6. Advance Notice for Extended Care:

Seven days advance notice is required for any extended care requirements beyond the complementary early drop-off/late pick-up windows. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the inability to accommodate extended care needs.

7. Make-ups and Pro-rating:

There are no make-ups or pro-rating available for missed camp days. Camp fees are based on the entire session, and individual days cannot be refunded or credited.

8. Media Release:

By enrolling your child in our summer camp, you grant us permission to use photos and videos featuring your child for promotional purposes on our social media platforms and website. These images and videos may be used in camp-related promotional materials, newsletters, and other marketing efforts. If you have any concerns regarding the use of your child's media, please contact us in writing prior to the start of the camp session.

9. Allergen Policy:

We are a peanut-free facility. Please refrain from sending any peanut or peanut-containing products with your child to the camp.

10. Health and Safety Measures:

Children who are vomiting, have a fever, or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 may not attend camp. If a child begins to show symptoms during the day, they will be immediately quarantined, and a parent or guardian will be contacted to pick them up immediately.
