All dancers should arrive at the venue by 11:45 a.m. on June 15th. Please come dressed in your first costume with hair and makeup done.
Please drop off your dancer with a staff member at the doors off the parking lot.
What is the drop-off & pick-up procedure?
Please drop your dancer off at the entrance by the main parking lot. At drop-off, you’ll be given a wristband with your dancer’s name on it. This wristband must be worn by the person picking up the dancer after the show.
After the performance, dancers will be escorted to the change room to gather their belongings. Parents and guardians can then go to the change room to pick up their child. To leave with your dancer, you must show a staff member the matching wristband with the dancer’s name.

CAN MY CHILD WATCH FROM THE AUDIENCE?
If your dancer performs only in Act 1, you may pick them up from backstage during intermission. Any dancer watching from the audience will require a ticket to be admitted into the theatre. Please make sure you bring your wristband to collect your child.
All dancers will be welcomed back to the stage at the end of the show for final bows and awards.
CAN I WATCH FROM BACKSTAGE OR SIDE STAGE?
No. Only authorized staff and volunteers are permitted backstage for safety and organization. The best view is from the audience!

To avoid distracting performers and audience members, photography and video recording are not permitted during the performance. A video will be available for purchase. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for more information about ordering the video.
IS THERE A DRESS REHEARSAL?
Yes. Dress rehearsal is mandatory and will be held on Saturday, June 14th at E.L. Fox Auditorium. This is essential for spacing, lighting cues, and dancer confidence! The full dress rehearsal is linked here for your reference.
WHAT SHOULD MY DANCER WEAR?
Your dancer will have a designated costume for each class they are in. Costume pickup is the week of April 28 - May 3. In order to take their costume home, there must be a $0 balance on your family account and dancers must present their dress code shoes and tights (if applicable). To see what shoes and tights are required, please refer to our dress code here.
Your dancer will also need to have their hair done in the designated hairstyle for their class. Please refer to the hair/tights/accessories document here for these details. If your dancer has a hair change, they will be assisted by a backstage volunteer or staff member.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO WEAR MAKEUP?
While not mandatory, we do recommend wearing makeup for the show. Stage lights can wash out dancers’ faces, making their features difficult to see.
