Acro dance combines dance and acrobatics to create a seamless flow of flexibility, strength, and balance.
Foundations: Focus on building strength, flexibility, and basic acro tricks like cartwheels and handstands.
Progressions: Learn more advanced acro tricks, such as back handsprings and front tucks, while refining balance and technique.
Intermediate/Advanced (after assessment): Master high-level acro skills, including aerials, backflips, and partner acro, all while maintaining seamless transitions into choreography.

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles, offering strength, flexibility, and grace.
Foundations: Focus on the basics of body alignment, posture, and basic movement vocabulary.
Progressions: Develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while improving your technique.
Intermediate/Advanced (after assessment): Dive deeper into complex footwork, turns, and jumps while mastering advanced techniques. Perfect for dancers looking to challenge themselves.

Groove to the beat with Hip Hop! This style blends street dance and culture, focusing on rhythm, attitude, and body isolation.
Foundations: Learn the basics of Hip Hop, including popular moves and grooves, while focusing on rhythm and body control.
Progressions: Build on foundational movements and learn new styles of Hip Hop, from old-school to contemporary, as you work on more complex routines.
Intermediate/Advanced (after assessment): Dive into advanced choreography with fast-paced routines, intricate moves, and dynamic combinations. Perfect for dancers who want to perform with power and precision.

Jazz is high-energy, expressive, and full of rhythm. Learn to dance with attitude and style while improving your coordination and strength.
Foundations: Work on building core strength, flexibility, and mastering basic jazz steps.
Progressions: Expand your repertoire with more intricate steps and combinations, focusing on musicality and body control.
Intermediate/Advanced (after assessment): Advanced choreography, quick footwork, and stylized movements will be taught in this class, giving dancers the opportunity to push their limits and develop personal expression.

Join us for an exciting and expressive journey into the world of musical theatre! In this open-level class, you’ll combine acting, singing, and dancing to bring iconic musical numbers to life. No previous experience required — just bring your passion for performance!
Class Focus: Explore basic acting techniques, vocal warm-ups, and choreography from popular musical theatre productions. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this class is designed for students who want to learn how to perform with energy and character.
Performance Skills: Develop your stage presence, improve your voice, and learn how to convey emotion through both movement and song.
Choreography & Storytelling: Work on musical numbers that allow you to express yourself creatively and connect with the audience, while learning the fundamentals of musical theatre performance.

Tap dancing is all about rhythm and sound. With each step, you’ll create music through your feet.
Foundations: Learn the basic tap steps and rhythms, building coordination and musicality.
Progressions: Develop your tap vocabulary with more complex combinations and learn how to express rhythm creatively.
Intermediate/Advanced (after assessment): Work on intricate rhythms, complex footwork, and performance-ready tap choreography, all while maintaining clear, crisp sounds.
